Jan was a well loved member of Life Activities in Ballarat. Jan participated in many activities as her health would allow - walking group, dinner group, breakfast club. It was always a good day if Jan was there - always smiling and greeting everyone by name. Jan had a wonderful sense of humour and was well able to laugh at herself. She had an independent spirit and we shall miss her very much. Our condolences to her family whom we are sure will miss everything about her. Vale Jan Parfrey - from all of Ballarat Life Activities

I was so lucky to have Jan as a friend. We have had many laughs throughout our lives, and as Yvonne another friend said “she was such a lovely person, who never had a bad word to say about anyone. She was also a wonderful & inspiring Sportsperson” She loved my Mum as much as I did. I’m sure you will both have a Cup of tea together one day. I will miss you Jan & Deepest Sympathy to your Family. RIP.
