A service to Celebrate the life of Jeff Lewis will be held
In the Serenity Chapel of Taverna Funerals,
168 Curlewis Street, Swan Hill
On Friday October 11, 2024,
Commencing at 1.30 P.M.
At the conclusion of the service the cortege
will proceed to the Swan Hill Memorial Park
(Lawn section D)
